The Sports Haus is located in South Norwalk, Connecticut, and will feature 5 padel courts, 4 pickleball courts, and 2 golf simulators, all in a 35,000+ sf state-of-the-art building.

The facility will feature the following:

Yes. All members must pay for court rental when playing. Priority bookings and the ability to book seasonal courts are simply some of the many benefits of becoming a member.

Yes. There are no restrictions on the number of reservations per month. Please note that you will be subject to non-member pricing. Reservation window is only 3 days for non-members.

Members and Non Members can avoid getting charged if they cancel lessons or rentals at least 24 hrs prior to their reservation. 

Yes. You can switch categories. You will be responsible for the difference between initiation fee if your original membership category has a lower initiation fee. The difference will be calculated at the time of the change. Initiation fees are not refundable. New monthly dues will commence the following month. 

Members will have access to and use of the Club’s facilities and enjoy all presently available amenities, offers, and services during business hours, so long as all Membership Fee payments are current.

Membership amenities, offers, and services, including pricing for such amenities, offers, and services, are subject to change. Any forthcoming changes shall not go into effect until the first day of the subsequent month. Members shall be notified at least one week prior to the implementation of any such change, providing members the right to cancel their membership, as detailed in section Membership Cancellation, prior to its effective date. 

Members will strictly abide by all posted codes of conduct, safety guidelines, and regulations while using the Club’s facilities. The Sports Haus reserves the right to revoke any person’s membership if any of the terms of this agreement or any Club rules are violated or if there is any concern regarding the health or safety of any person or the integrity of any property.

Memberships are continuous unless you request a cancellation. Cancellations can be requested by email at hello@sports.haus and must be submitted at least one week prior to the end of the month. Membership cancellation will take effect on the first day of the month subsequent to the date that notice of cancellation was provided. Beginning on this effective date, no further Membership Fee payments shall be due.

No. Initiation fees are not refundable. 

Caregivers and nannies who accompany a member on a regular basis can come to the club but must be registered prior to arriving.

The Sports Haus reserves the right to deny membership on a non-discriminatory basis when deemed appropriate. Membership is a privilege which may be suspended or revoked by management for abusive behavior, profanity, noncompliance with rules, failure to comply with staff, other behavior deemed unacceptable/inappropriate or for having outstanding balances over 30 days past due.
