JUAN ARRAYA
Juan Arraya, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, attended the Universidad de Belgrano, where he earned a degree in Software Engineering. His hobbies include traveling, biking, and playing padel. Growing up, he was active in multiple sports, particularly racquet sports like tennis and padel, but he also played rugby until the age of 18. Rugby remains his favorite sport to this day.

Mark Parsons, from St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada, holds a Philosophy degree and a Master’s in Recreation and Sports Management from the University of Tennessee. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing backgammon, and Padel. A fun fact is that in racquet sports, he never steps on the lines between points.

Mark Fischl, born in New York, attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, where he studied History. Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, Mark enjoys traveling, making fun of Juan, and playing padel and tennis. A fun fact about him is that he played college basketball and remains undefeated in pickleball against Juan.
PATRICIO MISITRANO
Patricio Misitrano, originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, holds degrees in Business Administration and an MBA from Webber International University in Florida, as well as a Journalism degree from Argentina. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys baking and long-distance running. A fun fact about Patricio is that when he first came to the U.S., he knew very little English and attended school in Bismarck, North Dakota.
FAUSTO BARALDI
Fausto Baraldi, originally from General Roca, Río Negro, in the southern region of Argentina's Patagonia, graduated from "Escuela del Sur" in 2022. His hobbies include playing padel, learning about MMA, and enjoying video games. A fun fact about Fausto is that during a padel tournament in 2022, he broke a glass and required 8 stitches, yet he continued playing and won the tournament, completing three matches with the stitches still in place.
WILLIAM MOSS
William Moss, born in New York City, attended the University of New Hampshire where he studied Finance and Business Management. Outside of his professional interests, William is passionate about collecting and repairing watches. A fun fact about him is that he is a big New York Rangers fan and enjoys spending time at TSH.

Judith Bacal, originally from Philadelphia, PA, holds a BS in Industrial Design from the University of the Arts and completed a post-baccalaureate in Art Education at Southern Connecticut State University. Her hobbies include photography, gardening, art, music, and travel. A fun fact about Judith is that she once kayaked around the entire island of Manhattan with a group.
MARCOS ROLLAN
Marcos Rollan, originally from Madrid, Spain, graduated from Brown University with a degree in Business-Economics and International Relations. He has a genuine appreciation for people, embracing both their strengths and limitations. Marcos is passionate about tennis and padel, and he began playing soccer competitively at age 17, even playing alongside several former La Liga players. He loves the camaraderie and unpredictability that soccer offers. A few fun facts about him are, he worked as a pizza maker at 18 before college, his daughter thinks he's goofy, and he once swam alone in both the East and Hudson rivers on separate occasions.
AMY FUENTES
Amy Fuentes, born in Stamford, Connecticut, is currently studying Business with a minor in Accounting at CT State. She plans to transfer to a four-year university after studying abroad this fall. Amy is passionate about traveling and exploring new places, and she enjoys staying active through activities like pilates and, more recently, boxing. A fun fact about her is that this year, she will visit four new countries and experience traveling solo for the first time!

Bilal Kahn, born in Norwalk, Connecticut, attended Native Hill Middle School. He enjoys talking on the phone and watching movies in his free time. A fun fact about Bilal is that he loves playing video games.

Guillermo Lobo, born in Venezuela, attended Webber International University where he studied Finance. He has a passion for cycling and enjoys spending time on two wheels. A fun fact about Guillermo is that he has known Juan for 22 years and Patricio for 24 years.
JOCELYN GONZALEZ MONTES
Jocelyn Gonzalez Montes, born in Norwalk, CT, is currently studying Liberal Arts & Science Humanities at CT State Community College in Norwalk. Her hobbies include traveling, cooking, and playing softball. A fun fact about Jocelyn is that she has seven small parakeets and was a member of the Norwalk High School Marching Band Color Guard.
